We have to learn to challenge our negative thoughts. A traumatic event in ones life can cause a breakdown in our ability to function properly in a world that’s gone viral.
An individual may begin to blame themself for the experience or the circumstance(s) that result from those traumatic experiences that they face. Therefore our thoughts will determine how we act and feel about ourself, and how we deal with ourself and others in life.
Have you ever questioned yourself as to how much you trusted yourself; or what is your self worth, etc? These are extremely viable questions to ask oneself; but the major point is this… Small changes in the way we think in various situations will change the way we feel. Small changes!
